Shipping policy
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Delivery time consists of two parts:
1) Processing time (1–2 business days):
Order confirmation, quality check, and packaging.
Within 12–24 hours after your order is placed, it’s verified and released for processing. Once approved, our team performs a final quality check and prepares your order for shipment.
2) Shipping time (about 2–5 business days):
Once your package leaves our warehouse, it will be delivered by one of our trusted carriers within 2–5 business days across the U.S.
CANCELLATIONS
Please make sure your order details are correct before confirming your purchase, as orders are sent to our processing team immediately. Once an order has been submitted, we’re unable to cancel it.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
Your items will be shipped exactly to the address provided. If the address is incorrect or changes during transit, we unfortunately cannot issue a refund if your package does not arrive.
If you made a mistake in your address, please contact us as soon as possible.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for covering their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
